Menopause and You

Whilst Mandy and I are passionate, indeed fascinated by all areas of nutrition and health, we are turning our focus primarily towards helping women navigate menopause.  As you know we are both experiencing it ourselves and both have different symptoms.  Of course as individuals we would and that is why a one size fits all approach doesn’t work for most women.  We want to help you find a plan that works for you.

Like many others who chose to train as naturopaths , for Mandy it was borne out of a desire to understand the changes happening  in her body and how best she could help herself.  Unable to get results solely through her GP, Mandy started conducting research into her symptoms and underwent privately, complete hormonal profiling.  What she has discovered she has been sharing with me and has too opened up my mind to a whole new approach to diet and lifestyle in menopause.  Whether you are peri, menopause or post menopause.

To that end we are really excited to be working on putting together some workshops and meal plans to help you too understand the changes in your body and achieve the results you desire.  Our dearest friend Alison who has Parkinson’s ( ) and like us is also menopausal, has asked us to work out a plan for her and we will be sharing with you her progress over the next few weeks.
